1. Use of Service

1.1 License to Use

Free Invoice Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our invoice generator service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

1.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Free Invoice Lab only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Create invoices for fraudulent or illegal transactions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service to transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Free Invoice Lab or any other person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce

1.3 Account Responsibility

While Free Invoice Lab does not currently require account creation, if such features are added in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Our Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Free Invoice Lab. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

2.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the invoice content you create using Free Invoice Lab. We do not claim ownership of your invoices, business information, or client data. Since your data is stored locally and not transmitted to our servers, you maintain complete control and ownership.

3. Service Availability

3.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

3.2 No Warranty

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information obtained through the service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Invoice Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or shared through the service

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Free Invoice Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, property, or privacy rights
• Any content you create, upload, or share using the service

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Content Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create using Free Invoice Lab. This includes ensuring that:

• All information in your invoices is accurate and truthful
• Your invoices comply with applicable tax laws and regulations
• Your use of the service complies with all relevant business licensing requirements
• Payment terms and conditions are clearly stated and legally enforceable

6.2 Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices and business practices comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to tax laws, consumer protection laws, and data protection regulations.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Free Invoice Lab. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Free Invoice Lab shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Free Invoice Lab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with Free Invoice Lab, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for matters related to intellectual property rights.
